2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
2.1. Video and Analysis Data
- Tennis videos you upload are temporarily processed for AI analysis and are automatically deleted after the analysis is complete. We do not store your videos on our servers;
- AI-generated analysis results including stroke classification (forehand, backhand, serve), technique scores, and coaching feedback;
- Progress data including historical scores and ITN ratings;
- Video metadata such as duration and file size (used only during processing).
Videos are temporarily transmitted to Google Gemini API for analysis and are not retained after processing is complete.
2.2. AI Coaching Chat Data
- Messages and questions you send to the AI Coach;
- AI-generated coaching responses.
Chat data is session-based and is not permanently stored. AI-generated content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional coaching or medical advice.
2.3. Usage and Device Data
- Device type, operating system, and app version;
- IP address and mobile network;
- Unique device identifiers and advertising IDs;
- Session duration, screens visited, and interaction data;
- Crash logs and performance data.
2.4. Subscription Data
If you purchase a Premium subscription, transaction data (subscription type, renewal date, payment status) is managed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. TennisAI does not store payment card details.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
3.1. To Provide the Service
- Provide AI-powered tennis swing analysis;
- Deliver personalized AI coaching;
- Track your progress and scores;
- Process Premium subscriptions;
- Provide customer support.
3.2. To Communicate with You

- Send push notifications about analysis completion (with your consent).

4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

- Google (Gemini API): Temporary video processing for analysis and coaching chat;
- Firebase: Hosting, authentication, database, remote configuration, and crash reporting;
- RevenueCat: Subscription management and purchase verification;
- Adjust: Attribution analytics;
- Scate: App analytics and event tracking;
- Apple / Google: Payment processing through App Store and Play Store.
4.2. Legal Disclosures
We may disclose information to authorities where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
4.3. Business Transactions
In the event of a merger or acquisition, your information may be transferred to the successor entity.
5. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
TennisAI may transfer your data to countries outside your country of residence for cloud hosting, AI processing, and analytics. We implement appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable.

- Video data: Temporarily processed and automatically deleted after analysis is complete. Videos are not stored on our servers;
- Analysis results: Retained locally on your device and in your account history;
- Chat data: Session-based, not permanently stored;
- Subscription records: Retained as required by law;
- Analytics data: May be retained in anonymized form.

8.2. App Tracking Transparency
On iOS, TennisAI complies with Apple's ATT framework and collects advertising identifiers only with your explicit permission. You can manage this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
