These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and CampRoute ("we", "us", or "our") and govern your use of our mobile application and any related services or technologies we make available (together, the "Service").
By installing, accessing, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms, including our Privacy Policy, and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service and any ongoing use must stop immediately.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically.
CampRoute is a mobile application that helps you discover campgrounds and RV parks, explore them on a map, save places, and generate road-trip itineraries. The Service uses your travel preferences, map data, and AI to suggest routes, overnight stops, and points of interest.
All trip plans, routes, campground suggestions, distances, and other recommendations provided through the Service are generated automatically, in part using artificial intelligence and third-party data, and are intended solely for planning convenience and informational purposes. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You should always independently verify roads, campground availability, opening hours, regulations, fees, and conditions before traveling.
Place data and AI suggestions are sourced from third-party providers (including Google Maps, Google Places, and the Google Gemini API). CampRoute displays results based on what these systems return and does not independently verify their accuracy or completeness. Results may vary depending on connectivity, location, and data availability.
You are solely responsible for your own travel decisions, safety, and compliance with local laws while on the road or at any campsite. CampRoute cannot guarantee the suitability of any route or destination for your vehicle and assumes no liability for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use or misuse of the Service.
CampRoute incorporates AI-powered and map functionalities that rely on third-party providers and external APIs. You acknowledge that the performance, accuracy, and availability of such features depend on the accessibility and response of those third-party systems. CampRoute cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To maintain system stability, CampRoute may apply usage limits for AI trip generation, which may be updated from time to time without prior notice. If a provider experiences downtime, certain features may be temporarily limited or unavailable.
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
CampRoute offers premium subscription plans ("Premium Services") that provide access to enhanced features including AI trip planning and full map and route tools. Premium Services are available for a fee through subscription plans.
By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees using your chosen payment method through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Charges renew automatically at the start of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal. Cancellations must be made through your app store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
CampRoute uses RevenueCat to process and synchronize subscription data. In some cases, your subscription status may temporarily fail to display within the app due to technical interruptions. If you experience issues with billing or Premium access, please contact us. CampRoute shall not be held responsible for any interruption resulting from third-party payment processing issues.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or at CampRoute's sole discretion. In the event of temporary service interruption or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events, CampRoute shall not be obligated to provide refunds or compensation. CampRoute may, at its discretion, offer service extensions or alternative remedies.
CampRoute may offer free trials or promotional discounts, which automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial period expires. Each user may hold only one free trial per service.
CampRoute reserves the right to modify pricing or subscription models with prior notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Subscriptions and refund requests must be managed through your app store provider. CampRoute does not directly process refunds.
You are fully responsible for how you use the Service. By using the Service, you agree not to:
CampRoute reserves the right to set general practices and limitations regarding the use of the Service and to modify such limitations at any time.
CampRoute reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part of it, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice and without liability to you.
CampRoute may provide patches, bug fixes, updates, and other modifications ("Updates"). Updates may modify or remove certain features. You agree that all Updates are deemed part of the Service and governed by these Terms.
All content, materials, and features made available through the Service, including software, text, graphics, images, data, AI models, and the overall design, are the exclusive property of CampRoute and/or its licensors, protected under international intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, adapt, reproduce, distribute, license, display, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without CampRoute's prior written consent.
The name CampRoute and associated logos are trademarks of CampRoute. No license or right to use these trademarks is granted without prior written authorization.
CampRoute grants you a limited, revocable, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Service solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
The Service may include or connect to third-party content and services ("Third-Party Services"), including Google Maps, Google Places, the Google Gemini API, Firebase, and RevenueCat. CampRoute does not control these services and makes no representations about their reliability or availability.
Third-Party Services are provided for your convenience, and your use of them is at your own discretion and risk. CampRoute shall not be liable for any damage resulting from your use of Third-Party Services.
For details on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
You agree to indemnify and hold CampRoute and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your: (a) use of the Service; (b) violation of these Terms or any law or regulation; or (c) violation of any right of a third party.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CampRoute disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
CampRoute does not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, be error-free, or that trip plans, routes, or place data will be accurate. AI-generated suggestions and map data may contain errors or inaccuracies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CampRoute's total liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Service. In no event shall CampRoute be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
In the event of a dispute, you must first send a Notice of Dispute via email to info@pacetech.co. You and CampRoute will attempt to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation within sixty (60) days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration before the Istanbul Arbitration Centre (ISTAC) in accordance with its rules. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkiye. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, seated in Istanbul, and held in English.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief from any competent court. To the extent required by applicable consumer protection laws, users residing in jurisdictions where mandatory arbitration is not enforceable retain the right to bring claims before their local courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, such provision will be modified to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or CampRoute. CampRoute may suspend or terminate these Terms at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
These Terms terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any provision. You may terminate by deleting the app and all copies from your devices.
Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Service. Termination does not limit any of CampRoute's rights or remedies for breach during the term.
CampRoute is not liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service. The Service and its contents are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty or representations of any kind.
CampRoute reserves the right to make additions, deletions, or modifications to the Service at any time without prior notice.
CampRoute shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, power outages, internet failures, or interruptions in third-party services.
These Terms do not override mandatory consumer rights granted under applicable app store policies, consumer protection regulations, or local laws.
